Bruno Fagali works at Bob Vieira’s New/sb where he is responsible for ensuring that the company employs good practice in its business endeavors. Working for New/sb, Bruno has to ensure that the company does not engage in corrupt of tainted practices, without knowing.
Bob Vieira is adamant about the need to be cautious. He is careful ensuring that the company is in no way associated with unethical practices or corrupt dealings in its business. New/sb also works closely with CGU in order to ensure integrity in its affairs. New/sb, in order to comply fully with the CGU, brought Bruno Fagali in to manage all matters of integrity. There is also an employee ethics committee set up.
With great pride New/sb became the first company, in the entire advertising sector, to come up with a ‘code of conduct’ that bends towards the requirement by the anti corruption legislation. New/sb, became the only company to consult CGU on all matters of corporate regulations. Now New/sb is the first company owned purely by Brazilians to be included in the ‘international advertising competitions’. Again, New/sb was among the first companies to forward its ‘code of conduct’ to the transparency ministry’s chief organ, CGU.
